I’ve been a yogi since I was a child and a yoga teacher since age 21, so I’ve seen my share of spiritual circuses and my share of people within them who remain in various feedback loops:

Still broke.

Still single.

Still in that unhealthy marriage.

Still in that go-nowhere job.

I understand why this happens, because I see the same tendencies in myself as a fellow seeker. We’re analytical. We’re deliberative. We’re gentle- with ourselves and others. We don’t rush things. 

All of these are good tendencies- but they need to be counterbalanced with skilful action.

If not, we never make real progress. Don’t get me wrong, all yoga and meditation are great, but we are in unprecedented times. We need real transformation.

The truth is, I used to be that yogi stuck in a rut despite years of dutifully hitting the mat on the daily. I was playing out the same dramas and unable to maintain a healthy relationship. I was still waking up with negative ruminations in my head. I was still not entirely satisfied with life.

It wasn’t until I started to go deep and intentional with my practice that things began to turn around and I was able to create a soul-aligned career, get precise and ecstatic on my direction in life and attract divine love.

VISION QUEST BREATHWORK

A 7-Day Course to Activate Your Highest Destiny

I’ve taken everything I’ve learned from hundreds of hours of working with private and group Breathwork sessions, shepherding people through ruts and confusion to personal power and clarity.

I’m an A-type personality, so I’m always looking for technologies and methods that work. When I found Breathwork, which gave me a tangible shift in consciousness within a few minutes, I was blown away.

But I found too many Breathwork teachers just instructed by reminding students to breathe without any real process or trajectory. The result might be some feeling of physical release or catharsis, but I was interested in real, sustained transformation in real life. 

I’ve developed this course to include a strategic, structured process of self-study that uses the energy medicine of Breathwork along with the elements, yogic philosophy, transpersonal psychology and my intuitive guidance to provide an ascension staircase for your most exalted evolution.

The course will introduce you to my signature Breathwork modality, Elemental Visioning. Elemental Visioning draws on the potency of the elements– earth, air, fire, water, as well as the energies of minerals and crystals. In each session, I guide you through an imaginative journey, using visualization and self-inquiry, in order to gain more clarity, altitude, and scope of vision on the most profound questions surrounding your incarnation.

Day 1: Grounding and Re-Wilding

Day 4: Personal Power and Intuitive Wisdom

Day 5: Lineage Perception

Day 6: Pineal Gland Activation and Star Bodies

Day 7: High Visioning and Wish Fulfillment

Each module/day contains an audio Breathwork meditation with a custom soundtrack (between 20-30 minutes), a series of journal prompts for self-reflection, as well as daily bonus self-care rituals and essential oil suggestions.

Plus, I’ve recorded a bonus Open Awareness Meditation to ground and expand your awareness which you can practice before diving into the Breathwork (optionally) or anytime.

All of the course content is yours for life. You can practice each meditation consecutively for 7 days, or one meditation per week for 7 weeks, or practice each meditation 7 times a week before moving on. This process is entirely up to you.

Ideally, I recommend practicing each meditation within a period of 2-3 weeks and then returning to days where you feel there is more to uncover and getting a ‘deeper cut’. These meditations are evergreen and I hope you’ll practice and evolve with them for a long time.

Tuition is $88. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Black Girls Breathing, an initiative to provide free Breathwork classes to black womxn for a year.

  1. I’m a beginner to meditation. Is this course suitable for me?

Yes! The magical thing about Breathwork is that it’s suitable for beginner and advanced meditators alike. For beginners, it’s an active style of meditation, so your mind will have something to anchor to, and you’ll be continuously guided by my voice. For advanced practitioners, Breathwork is way more energetically shifting than most forms of mindfulness meditation (and very complimentary to Kundalini Yoga), so you’ll be able to apply your previous mind training to a potent new modality.

2. What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active, breath-based style of meditation. It’s performed lying down and involves a specific breathing pattern, which I will teach you throughout the course. It transforms your consciousness very quickly, and in my experience is the fastest way to shift into mystical states, where you have access to deep wisdom and clarity.

3. Is there a sample meditation I can try before committing to the full course?

I’m so glad you asked! Yes, check out this free Breathwork for Creativity meditation here. The course meditations are a bit longer and have some additional strategy in them, but you’ll get a sense of my vibe.

4. Where did you do your training and what is your teaching style?

I trained in Breathwork Healing with David Elliott, and am also certified in Kundalini Yoga (RA MA Institute) and Reiki (Tasha Rooke).

My personal style is informed most of all by my own daily practice and incorporates philosophy (both Eastern and Western- I also have an MA in Classics #nerd), the natural elements, yogic anatomy, and transpersonal psychology (basically, acknowledging the human experience within a spiritual and archetypal framework).
